What's a Doula?

A Doula is a professional Pregnancy Coach that supports you during your pregnancy, birth, and early days into parenthood. They are a part of your medical team, but they do not provide medical advice. The scope of doula services falls under four categories.

Emotional Support

Evidence-Based Information

Physical Support

Have someone to talk to. Pregnancy brings out all kinds of emotions. Joy, fear, excitement, even sadness. We help you work through all of it without judgment.

Just facts, tips, and real talk. Receive trusted information to help you feel prepared and in control. Learn how to speak up and ask the right questions. You'll have a safer pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

Help with pain, movement, or rest. Learn to listen to what your body needs. Learn safe positions and ways to breathe to ease your pain during birth. Learn how to take care of your baby and you.

Your voice matters—especially during birth. As your doula and patient advocate, we help you understand your options, communicate your preferences, ask informed questions, and feel heard and supported as you make decisions about your care.

“If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use it.”
